  Selection of Candidates for Interview for the Sign Variance Committee

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee will select candidates to interview for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee. Following interviews, the Nominating Panel will recommend two candidates to City Council for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee: 1. Selected the following candidates to interview for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee: Candidate SVC2-46 Candidate SVC2-62 Candidate SVC2-64 Candidate SVC2-68 Candidate SVC2-69 Candidate SVC2-70 Candidate SVC2-76 Candidate SVC2-77 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (January 13, 2022) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee select 8 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee. 2. The Nominating Panel - Sign Variance Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 and 2 remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Sign Variance Committee.
