  Further Update Regarding Confidential Personnel Matters in Item PA18.14

  At its meeting on November 3, 2020, the Board received Item PA18.4 for information. The Chair intends to bring additional information to the Board regarding some confidential personnel matters and request direction from the Board.

  The Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority: 1. Adopted the confidential instructions contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the letter (November 10, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority, as amended by the Board in closed session. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the letter (November 10, 2020) from the Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority and its Appendices remain confidential in their entirety, as they contain information which pertains to personal matters about identifiable individuals, and security of property belonging to the Toronto Parking Authority.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The Chair, Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority recommends that the Board of Directors of Toronto Parking Authority: 1. Adopt the confidential instructions contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to this letter. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 and its Appendices remain confidential in their entirety, as they contain information which it pertains to personal matters about identifiable individuals, and security of property belonging to the Toronto Parking Authority.
