CreateTO Executive Leadership Team
The purpose of this report is to provide the Board with a progress report on certain organizational matters as directed by the Board at its meeting on October 9, 2020.
The Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff issued in closed session. 2. Directed that the confidential instructions to staff and the confidential information contained in Schedule 2 of Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Interim Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO be released after all affected employees have been informed of the Board's decision, and at the discretion of the Interim Chief Executive Officer, and that the remainder of Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential, as it contains personal information about an identifiable person or persons.

The Interim Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO recommends that: 1. The Board of Directors of CreateTO adopt the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1. 2. The Board of Directors of CreateTO direct that the confidential instructions to staff and the confidential information contained in Schedule 2 of Confidential Attachment 1 be released after all affected employees have been informed of the Board's decision, and at the discretion of the Interim Chief Executive Officer, and that the remainder of Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential, as it contains personal information about an identifiable person or persons.

The Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Adopted the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Associate General Counsel, CreateTO. 2. Directed that the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (October 28, 2020) from the Associate General Counsel, CreateTO be made public after implementation, at the discretion of the Associate General Counsel and direct that the balance of Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential, as it deals with personal matters about an identifiable person and contains advice or communications that are subject to solicitor-client privilege.
