The presentation is an introduction concerning the first phase in the relocation and design of A New Etobicoke Civic Centre at Bloor and Kipling Avenue on the former Westwood Theatre Lands, now the new Etobicoke Civic Centre Precinct.

Danforth Garage Master Plan Process
The Director, Development, CreateTO will give an overview of the Master Plan process for the Danforth Garage property located at 1627 Danforth Avenue, which will guide future redevelopment of the property as a mixed use, multi-use civic hub.

City-Wide Real Estate Strategy
A report on the City-wide real estate strategy will be brought forward to the CreateTO Board of Directors at its meeting in May 2019. Further consultations with impacted City Divisions and Agencies is required prior to finalizing report recommendations.
