  This report includes a confidential update from the Chief Executive Officer to the CreateTO Board on staffing and compensation matters.

  The CreateTO - Human Resources Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of CreateTO: 1. Adopt the confidential recommendation in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 4, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (February 4, 2022) from the Chief Executive Officer, CreateTO be made public once adopted by the Board and after the affected employees have been informed.
