COVID-19 - Reopening Plan for TO Live Venues
This report provides the Board with TO Live's reopening plan for its venues.
The TO Live - Environmental, Social and Governance Committee recommends that: 1. The Board of Directors of TO Live approve TO Live's Vaccination Policy, as outlined in revised Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. The Board of Directors of TO Live authorize the public release of the confidential information contained in revised Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live once adopted by the Board and at the discretion of the President and Chief Executive Officer, and direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 27, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential.
