The purpose of this report is to initiate a discussion on the implementation of recommendations on a range of governance matters.
The TO Live - Environmental, Social and Governance Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer to report back to the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee with a road map to prioritize and implement the various governance initiatives including a time line, resources required and responsibilities.
