  St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment - Gap Analysis

  The purpose of this report is to provide a gap analysis on the reimagining of the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts.

  The TO Live - St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live and the Vice President, St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment, TO Live to continue to work on: a. The workplan and next steps for the project and report back to the TO Live - St. Lawrence Centre Redevelopment Committee. b. A draft vision statement, in consultation with Committee members. c. Outreach within Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) communities. d. Financial modelling with the consultant.
