  Digital Transformation - Project Update

  This report seeks to update the Board on the status of TO Live's Digital Transformation project, including status of the Request for Proposal (RFP), prioritization of digital and strategic initiatives, project management methodology, and timing.

  The Digital Transformation Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Request the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, upon selection of a digital vendor, to report to the Board of Directors of TO Live on a resource plan, scope of work and budget for services. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 20, 2020) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety as it contains positions, plans, procedures, criteria, or instructions to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the City or local board.

  The President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Receive this Report, Attachments 1 and 2, and Confidential Attachments 1 for information. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remains confidential in its entirety as it contains positions, plans, procedures, criteria, or instructions to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the City or local board.
