Proposal for Additional Earned Revenue Sources
This report seeks Board approval to move forward with a new program model to bring in additional earned revenue sources for the theatres.
The Managed Risk Programming Committee recommends that: 1. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto approve the new program model as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto and direct staff to take the necessary steps to move forward with it. 2. The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (December 3, 2018) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, Civic Theatres Toronto remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains information which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
