2022 Programming Plan Overview - Update
The purpose of this report is to provide the Board with an updated overview of the 2022 programming year.
The TO Live - Programming Risk Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the 2022 Programming Plan, as set out in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 18, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, with the risk mitigation measures discussed by the Committee during its closed session. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 18, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety because if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety because if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
