The purpose of this report is to present the Planning and Priorities Committee with proposed discussion questions and supplemental materials for consideration at the February 9, 2021 TO Live Board meeting which will focus solely on the strategic plan.
The TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee: 1. Directed the President and Chief Executive Officer to submit the discussion questions and supplemental materials, reflecting the TO Live - Planning and Priorities Committee's input, and as noted in Attachment 1 to the report (January 5, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live, for consideration at the February 9, 2021 TO Live Board meeting.

The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Direct the President and Chief Executive Officer to submit the discussion questions and supplemental materials as noted in Attachment 1, for consideration at the February 9, 2021 TO Live Board meeting.
