  The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval of the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58 at the Meridian Arts Centre.

  The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective bargaining agreement with IATSE Local 58 at the Meridian Arts Centre, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 17, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (November 17, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
