  The purpose of this report is to seek Board approval for a bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 822 at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts.

  The TO Live - Human Resources, Compensation and Labour Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the bargaining mandate with IATSE Local 822 at the Meridian Hall, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 12, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 12, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it contains labour relations information or employee negotiations.
