The purpose of this report is to seek Board ratification on the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with UNIFOR 2003E representing building operators at all TO Live venues.
The TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the negotiated terms of the collective agreement with UNIFOR 2003E, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 20, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. Direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (March 20, 2025) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it is pertains to labour relations and employee negotiations.
