2021 Second Quarter Financial Results and Commentary
The purpose of this report is to present the 2021 second quarter financial results to the Board.
The TO Live - Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the 2021 second quarter financial operating results, as noted in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 13, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (August 13, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in their entirety because they contain financial information supplied in confidence to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

New 10-Year Capital Plan and Budget
The purpose of this report is to seek Board project and spending approval for a new 10-year capital plan and budget.
The TO Live - Audit Committee recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve TO Live's new 10-year capital plan and budget as detailed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer. 2. Upon final approval by Toronto City Council of TO Live's 10-year capital plan and budget in the first quarter of 2022, approve all 2022 projects including those with multiyear components listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, and all related purchase orders and/or tender awards over $100,000 up to each individual project budget or adjusted budget, not to exceed the available State of Good Repair (SOGR) Council approved funding. 3. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (August 26, 2021) from the President and Chief Executive Officer remain confidential in its entirety because if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
