The Sign Variance Committee: 1. Approved the following 2025 meeting dates: - Friday, February 7, 2025; - Friday, March 21, 2025; - Friday, May 2, 2025; - Friday, June 13, 2025; - Friday, September 5, 2025; - Friday, October 17, 2025; and - Friday, November 28, 2025.

The Deputy Secretary, Sign Variance Committee, recommends that: 1. The Sign Variance Committee approve the following 2025 meeting dates: Friday, February 7, 2025; Friday, March 21, 2025; Friday, May 2, 2025; Friday, June 13, 2025; Friday, September 5, 2025; Friday, October 17, 2025; and Friday, November 28, 2025.

The Project Director, Business Transformation and Citywide Priorities, Toronto Building will provide a presentation on amendments to the City of Toronto's Sign By-law, adopted by City Council in the spring of 2024, with a focus on its impact on variance requests and applications.
The Sign Variance Committee: 1. Directed that the Confidential Presentation from Toronto Building remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to the education or training of the Members.
