The Property Standards Committee, Etobicoke York Panel: 1. Confirmed the Order to Comply, dated June 27, 2019, regarding the property located at 51 Brendwin Road, Folder No. 19 178435 PRS 00 IV, and in doing so granted an extension of time to September 30, 2021, to undertake the following: a. File the appropriate applications with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, with the abutting landowner at 68 East Drive, and the relevant City of Toronto divisions. 2. Directed the Appellant to work with the Municipal Standards Officer to ensure immediate health and safety requirements are properly secured for the property during this time.
