  Election of the Chair of the Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body under Municipal Code Chapter 27, Council Procedures, Appendix A2, for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body: 1. Elected Anna Kinastowski as Chair of the Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body for a term of office until a successor is appointed.

  Toronto Local Appeal Body - Selection of Candidates for Interview

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body must select candidates for interview to fill a vacancy on the Toronto Local Appeal Body. The Nominating Panel will conduct the interviews at its December 9, 2019 meeting and make recommendations to City Council.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body: Candidate LAB2-162 Candidate LAB2-166 Candidate LAB2-180 Candidate LAB2-181 Candidate LAB3-6 Candidate LAB3-32 Candidate LAB3-47 2. Recommended that 20 minutes be allotted for each interview. 3. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 to the report (November 14, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body interview six candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its December 9, 2019 meeting for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body. 2. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.
