  Appointment of a Public Member to the Toronto Local Appeal Body

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body will conduct interviews and recommend one candidate to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidate to the Toronto Local Appeal Body, who will serve as a public member for a term of office ending on December 17, 2023, and until a successor is appointed: Ana Bassios 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachments 1 to 5 to the report (November 28, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.

  The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body recommend that City Council appoint one public member to the Toronto Local Appeal Body for a term of office ending December 17, 2023 and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 - 5 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.
