  Toronto Local Appeal Body - Selection of Candidates for Interview

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body will conduct interviews and recommend five candidates, including Chair, to City Council for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.

  The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body: 1. Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body: Candidate LAB2-25 Candidate LAB2-76 Candidate LAB2-141 Candidate LAB2-142 Candidate LAB2-177 Candidate LAB2-180 Candidate LAB2-211 Candidate LAB3-7 Candidate LAB3-47 Candidate LAB3-63 Candidate LAB3-65 Candidate LAB3-72 Candidate LAB3-75 Candidate LAB3-78 Candidate LAB3-79 2. Recommended that 20 minutes be allotted for each interview. 3. Directed that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, and 3 to the report (October 2, 2020) from the Interim City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.

  Staff recommendation as filed

  The Interim City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body select 15 candidates listed in Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body. 2. The Nominating Panel - Toronto Local Appeal Body direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Local Appeal Body.
