This report recommends the award of the Request for Tender (RFT) for Modifications to Exhibit Design, Welding and Paint Shops Project.
The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo: 1. Approved the award of Request for Tender (RFT-80) - Modifications to Exhibit Design, Welding and Paint Shops Project to Norfield Construction Inc. for $1,241,678.75 excluding HST. 2. Authorized the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate, enter into, and execute any agreements or amendments of existing agreements in connection with the award indicated in Recommendation 1 of the report (October 30, 2024) from the Director, Facilities and Infrastructure, Toronto Zoo for a period of up to five (5) years, on terms acceptable to the Chief Executive Officer, and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
