Selected the following candidates for interview for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission: Candidate #2-16 Candidate #2-37 Candidate #2-47 Candidate #2-66 Candidate #2-89 Candidate #2-102 2. Directed that Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 to the report (February 4, 2019) from the City Clerk remain confidential in their entirety as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.

The Civic Appointments Committee must select candidates to interview for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. Following the interviews, the Civic Appointments Committee will recommend two public members for appointment to City Council.

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Civic Appointments Committee select six of the candidates listed in Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission. 2. The Civic Appointments Committee direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1, 2 and 3 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Toronto Transit Commission.
