He served the City on Community Council, Executive and Government Management Committees and Chair of the Disability Issues Committee. Community service work includes serving on the boards of Etobicoke Hydro and Etobicoke Public Library. Peter was a founding coordinator for St.

Tess Romain Tess brings over 10 years of public sector experience and is the Vice-President of Home and Community Care at the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network leading transformative change to support integrated health care planning and service delivery. Previously, as Director of Strategy Management and Governance at Joseph Brant Hospital, Tess led the development and supported the implementation of the hospital's five-year Strategic Plan.
