The Board of Directors of Civic Theatres Toronto: 1. Approved the Naming Rights Policy, as noted in Attachment 1 to the report (September 12, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto. 2. Amended Section 3.3.3 of the Corporate Sponsorship Policy in Attachment 2 to the report (September 12, 2018) from the Senior Directors of Development, Civic Theatres Toronto as follows: 3.3.3. No form of indemnification will be provided to any Sponsor without the express approval of CTT Senior Management, up to the value of the sponsorship.
