Approved the award of Contract No. 19-081-98116 to Sutherland-Schultz Ltd. of Cambridge, Ontario for replacement of the electrical bus duct at the Food Building in the amount of $403,854.47, which includes a reduced contingency allowance of $10,000.00 but excludes HST; this being the lowest acceptable tender received following the public tendering of the project through the City Toronto's Purchasing and Material Management Division.
