This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report presents the results of staff's investigation on a traffic study conducted at the intersection of Delma Drive and Mitcham Drive to determine the feasibility for all-way stop controls. Although the technical warrants are not fully met, staff recommend the installation of an all-way stop control at the intersection of Delma Drive and Mitcham Drive.
