This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to amend the Municipal Code, Chapter 950, Schedule 27, Compulsory Stops, to reflect a stop control for northbound traffic on George Brownlee Court at Ypres Road, which was installed by the developer under site plan approval of the new development.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize a compulsory stop control for northbound traffic on George Brownlee Court at Ypres Road.
