As the city filed it

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. To address safety concerns and congestion in the area of David Hornell Junior School (32 Victoria Street), it is recommended that a school bus loading zone be created on the north side of Victoria Street to accommodate school buses loading and discharging students. This amendment will improve traffic operations, address concerns regarding traffic congestion and safety while also providing additional facilities for school drop-off and pick-up of attending school children.
