City Council on June 18 and 19, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council prohibit parking at all times on the east side of Weston Road, between Ray Avenue and a point 50 metres north. 2. City Council rescind the existing maximum one-hour parking regulation on the east side of Weston Road, between Ray Avenue and a point 50 metres north.

The purpose of this report is to install a "No Parking Anytime" regulation on the east side of Weston Road, between Ray Avenue and a point 50 metres further north. The proposed parking amendment was requested by Scott Funeral Home and in consultation with the Ward Councillor to facilitate the service vehicles tending to funeral services at this location. Since the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) provides service on Weston Road, City Council approval of this report is required.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. City Council prohibit parking at all times on the east side of Weston Road, between Ray Avenue and a point 50 metres north. 2. City Council rescind the existing maximum one-hour parking regulation on the east side of Weston Road, between Ray Avenue and a point 50 metres north.
