Phillips Road, Contract Number 19ECS-TI-104LR to provide for a more pedestrian friendly environment on John Street by narrowing the road to 7.0 metres, widening the sidewalks, reducing the corner radii, installing tactile plates and implementing audible pedestrian signals.
