This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to obtain approval to allow long-term overnight parking and short-term (3 hour) daytime parking on the south side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg). In addition, a "No Parking Anytime" regulation will be implemented on the north side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg).

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council rescind the "No Parking, 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., from December 1 of one year to March 31 of the following year" on Isaac Devins Boulevard from Isaac Devins Boulevard (east leg) to Bob Yuill Drive. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize a 12 hour permitted parking from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., on the south side of Isaac Devins Boulevard (south leg) from Isaac Devins Boulevard (east leg) to Bob Yuill Drive.
