As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Finch Avenue West, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to seek Council approval for a time extension of temporary traffic regulations currently in effect at the intersection of Finch Avenue West at York Gate Boulevard/Elana Drive. These temporary traffic regulations include restriction of the westbound left-turn movement and provision of the southbound through traffic movement.
