City Council authorize the Medical Officer of Health to award, execute, and amend the Purchase of Service contract for the 2019 Community Food Works Program, as outlined in Appendix E to the report (April 18, 2019) from the Medical Officer of Health, within the approved budget and in accordance with established provincial criteria and fee structures.
