Engineering Services for Program Management, Engineering Services and Post Construction Services under Assignment PM6A2, to support Toronto Water's coordinated 2020 to 2023 Standalone Watermain Replacement Program at various locations across the City of Toronto, in the amount of $20,367,396, net of all taxes ($20,725,862 net of HST recoveries), including disbursements, provisional allowances and contingencies as follows: a.
