In accordance with Section 71-11.1.C of the City of Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 71 (Financial Control By-Law), granted authority to amend the Purchase Order No. 6041805 with Torbear Contracting Inc., for the Construction of the Truck Loading Biofilter Upgrades at the Ashbridges Bay Treatment Plant by: a. increasing the value of Purchase Order No. 6041805 in the amount of $1,474,057 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($1,500,000 net of HST recoveries), which revises the contract value from $19,291,938 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($19,631,477 net of HST recoveries) to $20,765,995 net of all applicable taxes and charges ($21,131,477 net of HST recoveries); and, b.
