North York Community Council: 1. Rescinded the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Edith Drive and Duplex Avenue. 2. Prohibited stopping at all times on the north side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Edith Drive and Duplex Avenue. 3. Rescinded the one-hour parking limit, in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on the south side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Duplex Avenue and Edith Drive.

Transportation Services is recommending North York Community Council replace the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Edith Avenue and Duplex Avenue, with a stopping prohibition in effect at all times.

The proposed stopping prohibition will address residents' concerns with accessible parking permit holders parking on the entire length of the street and obstructing two-way traffic, including emergency services vehicles

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that North York Community Council: 1. Rescind the parking prohibition in effect at all times on the north side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Edith Drive and Duplex Avenue. 2. Prohibit stopping at all times on the north side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Edith Drive and Duplex Avenue. 3. Rescind the one-hour parking limit, in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on the south side of Orchard View Boulevard, between Duplex Avenue and Edith Drive.
