A number of residents on Fenn Avenue have contacted me to share their concerns about speed and volume issues on their street. Residents regularly observe motorists turning southbound onto Fenn Avenue from York Mills Road to avoid congestion at the intersection of Bayview Avenue and York Mills Road. These drivers are often travelling at high speeds in an attempt to make-up time after re-routing from York Mills Road. Fenn
