As we have discussed previously, the Toronto Parking Authority ("TPA") is being led by an Acting President and one of the key short-term strategic goals of the Board is to select a long-term President. It is proposed that the recruitment process for a long-term President be initiated, under delegated authority to the Chair. The selection panel is intended to be comprised of Brian Johnston (CEO of CreateTO), Allison Mendes (TPA Board member), and Arlene Yam Fritz (TPA VP Human Resources and Transformation).
