The Board of Directors of TO Live direct staff to proceed with the necessary preparations for the program/exhibition prior to City Council consideration of approval of a TO Live Programming Reserve Fund.

The Board of Directors of TO Live direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 17, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to commercial information, supplied in confidence to the TO Live Board of Directors which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
