Exhibition for 2019/20 Programming Season
This report presents details around an additional proposed program/exhibition for the fall of 2019 (not included in the current approved 2019 budget) at the Toronto Centre for the Arts.
The Risk Committee recommends that: 1. The Board of Directors of TO Live approve the additional new program/exhibition, as outlined in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 17, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live. 2. The Board of Directors of TO Live direct staff to proceed with the necessary preparations for the program/exhibition prior to City Council consideration of approval of a TO Live Programming Reserve Fund. 3. The Board of Directors of TO Live direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the report (May 17, 2019) from the President and Chief Executive Officer, TO Live remain confidential in its entirety, as it pertains to commercial information, supplied in confidence to the TO Live Board of Directors which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.

The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors: 1. Approve the additional new program/exhibition, as outlined in Confidential Attachments 1, 2, 3 and 4. 2. The Risk Committee deferred consideration of the item to the next Risk Committee meeting.

The President and Chief Executive Officer recommends that the Board of Directors of TO Live: 1. Approve the programming risk budget for the 2020 programming year, as outlined in Confidential Attachment 1 and 2. 2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety because if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization.
