The purpose of this report is to recommend speed limit reductions on minor arterials and collector roadways in Scarborough Community Council area as part of the Vision Zero Road Safety Plan Speed Management Strategy.

Scarborough Community Council reduce the speed limit from 60 km/h to 50 km/h on the minor arterial road segments set out in Attachment 1 to the report dated November 15, 2019 from the Director, Project Design and Management, Transportation Services. 2.
