The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing parking prohibition in effect from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily on the south side of L'Amoreaux Drive, between Birchmount Road and a point 112 metres west, between a point 252 metres west of Birchmount Road and a point 30 metres further west, and between a point 338 metres west of Birchmount Road and a point 29 metres further west.

This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends revision to existing parking and stopping prohibitions to relocate them on the south side of L'Amoreaux Drive. These changes are recommended to keep the driveway entrances to the townhomes complexes on the south side of L'Amoreaux Drive clear of parked vehicles to improve sight lines.

Scarborough Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily on the south side of L'Amoreaux Drive, between Birchmount Road and a point 112 metres west, between a point 252 metres west of Birchmount Road and a point 30 metres further west, and between a point 338 metres west of Birchmount Road and a point 29 metres further west.
