The second and third floors would include 14 back-to-back two-level residential units. A total of 19 vehicular parking spaces are proposed and would be located at the rear of the property with driveway access from Vivian Road. A total of 10 bicycle parking spaces are proposed. The proposed development conforms to the Official Plan policies for lands within a Mixed Use Areas designation and is compatible with and provides an appropriate transition to adjacent land uses.
