This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends that stop control be authorized at two uncontrolled three-way intersections in the Hallbank Terrace area in order to clearly define the right-of-way and to regulate traffic flow.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize compulsory stop control for westbound traffic on Hallbank Terrace at Brownspring Road. 2. Scarborough Community Council designate Tidworth Square, from Pitfield Road to a point 245 metres west, as a through highway.
