As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Brimley Road, City Council approval of this report is required. This report recommends a U-turn prohibition on Brimley Road South, between Kingston Road and Barkdene Hills. Prohibiting U-turns will provide a safer environment for all road users along this section of Brimley Road which is located adjacent to Blessed Cardinal Newman Catholic High school
