Approved the amendment of Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to rescind on-street permit parking on the even side of Burnside Drive, between the northern east/west leg of Burnside Drive to a point 66.5 metres south to a point 5.5 metres further south.

This staff report is about a matter which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is requesting approval from Toronto and East York Community Council to remove overnight on-street permit parking on Burnside Drive, between the northern east/west leg of Burnside Drive to a point 66.5 metres south to a point 5.5 metres further south. The removal of permit parking will provide consistent parking regulations for Burnside Drive.

The Manager, Transportation Services, Right of Way Management, Toronto and East York District recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council Approve the amendment of Schedule A of City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to rescind on-street permit parking on the even side of Burnside Drive, between the northern east/west leg of Burnside Drive to a point 66.5 metres south to a point 5.5 metres further south.
