The purpose of this report is to amend the existing southbound "No Right Turn, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday" regulation for southbound traffic and the existing southbound "No Left Turn, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday" for southbound traffic on Oakwood Avenue at Glenhurst Avenue, to exclude bicycles. As Oakwood Avenue is a transit route, this matter requires the approval of City Council.
