City Council on January 30 and 31, 2019, adopted the following: 1. City Council grant permission to the Baycrest Foundation to solicit donations in support of its organization. 2. City Council grant permission to the Baycrest Foundation to place objects in the reflecting pool. 3. City Council grant permission to the Baycrest Foundation to engage in sport demonstrations. 4. City Council require the Baycrest Foundation to compensate the City of Toronto, through the Facilities Management Division, for all City of Toronto costs associated with an event above the standard staffing complement.

City Council grant permission to Baycrest Foundation to place objects in the reflecting pool. 3. City Council grant permission to Baycrest Foundation and Tkaronto O'de Min Kwe Lodge to engage in sport demonstrations.
