The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Approved the proposed boulevard café permit application located at 744 St. Clair Avenue West, with the following conditions: a. The Licensee shall ensure that the boulevard café is closed and cleared of patrons, food and drink, at or before 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week. b. The Licensee shall undergo a review of the permit and conditions in one year's time by the local Councillor and Municipal Licensing and Standards.

c. Should transfer of business ownership occur for the premises, the patio licence shall not be transferred. Municipal Licensing and Standards shall report on any transfer applications.
